Fairly clean, good value hotel, its location was particularly good and stunning and just off metro stations, supermarket and restaurants, Tolbiac metro station, and the river and centre of Paris. The staff are helpful and amiable, and the atmosphere is family. I have stayed in the family room with comfortable beds.

The value for money at Des Beaux Arts was great. The room was clean, updated, and bright, with comfortable beds. The hotel's location was safe and convenient, with easy access to the subway and nearby stores. The staff, especially Aaron and the woman on day shift, were amazing - welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. They even made alternative arrangements for us when there was an issue with our room.
The breakfast option could have included better quality croissants.

Great location, close to subway and convenient stores nearby. Clean and updated rooms with comfortable beds. Friendly and accommodating staff.
The room did not match the photos, lacked amenities like iron and TV not working. Walls were dirty and towels were old.

The daily maid service was such a delight, as if I don't have enough servants at home. The location in the 13th district was positively charming.
Who needs a lift anyway? I thoroughly enjoyed carrying my heavy luggage up the small staircase to the second floor, it was such a great workout.

I had a wonderful stay at a conveniently located hotel in the heart of Chinatown. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the lady at the reception was very helpful. The hotel also had a beautiful garden, adding to the overall ambiance. One specific incident that stood out was when I had an issue with the room I was originally given. However, the junior staff member went above and beyond to listen to my concerns and quickly resolved the issue by changing my room to a newly renovated one. This kind of willingness to ensure guest satisfaction made a big difference in my overall experience. The breakfast served at the hotel was also delightful, and the person serving it was friendly. despite a few drawbacks like the small size of the room and some issues with the bathroom facilities, I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and the efforts of the staff to make guests feel comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was amazing, right by the World Trade Center and the Fulton and Cortland St subway stations. It was also very close to restaurants and a luxury mall. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful. We really appreciated the complimentary coffee/tea/snacks/water at the lobby and the fact that there was a professional coffee maker near the reception lounge. The views of downtown from the roof-top restaurant were breathtaking. the hotel facilities were top-notch and we had a wonderful experience.
Nothings.

The hotel had a convenient location, just a few minutes' walk from the metro stations. This made it easy for us to explore the city and visit all the tourist attractions. There were also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, which was convenient for meals and shopping. the hotel had a nice garden area where we could relax and enjoy some fresh air.
the wifi in the rooms was very unreliable. Sometimes it would work, other times it wouldn't connect at all.
